The Savannah Repertory Theatre, “Savannah Rep,” announced their opening of a second venue in 402 E. Broughton, thanks to a generous boost from local well-known family, the Kaminskys – Ross, Myron and Adam – in the form of a building and operations in it at “terms that are just stunning,” said Ryan McCurdy, executive artistic director for Savannah Rep.

ATLANTA, Ga. (WALB) - Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has selected a commission to look into the effects of Nashville Mayor Taylor Scarbroughâs indictment, according to an executive order from the governorâs office.
In the order, it states that Attorney General Christopher Carr, Mayor Ken Lee of Rincon, and Mayor Vince Williams of Union City were appointed to the commission.
The order explains that the purpose of the review committee is to âdetermine whether the indictment relates to and adversely affects the administration of the office of Mayor Scarbrough such that the rights and interests of the public are adversely affected thereby and to make a written report to me within fourteen days with a recommendation as to whether said mayor should be sus

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah Police are investigating after a man showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds Wednesday night.
SPD officials say around 11:45 p.m., an adult male victim walked into St. Joseph’s with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. They say the shooting appears to have occurred at Ramsey Run Apartments on Shawnee Street, but continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
